The best day ever. Steve, who I have been with since September 2016, asked me to marry him in my favorite place with my family there to celebrate. He did everything to make the proposal as perfect as it could be. 

It was a complete surprise. Apparently, my family and best friend had been in on it for MONTHS. A couple weeks before our trip to Door County, WI, my dad told me to bring all of my camera equipment to "practice lighting" for an outdoor wedding we're photographing. What he was really after was my zoom lens so he could sneakily take pictures/a video of the proposal. Now we have this incredible memory frozen in time for the rest of our lives. I love that. FELLAS - If you have the opportunity to capture your engagement, do it!
